1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations & Costs
  • Australia (Domestic):
    • Standard Shipping: $9.90 (3-5 business days)
    • Express Shipping: $14.90 (1-2 business days)
    • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 AUD

  • International:
    • Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Rates will be calculated at checkout.
    • Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred.

3. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver your order on time, Dr Mask is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen events (e.g., extreme weather, public holidays).
